Role Objective

As Global Head of Digital Media, you will drive the expansion of digital inventory and implement innovative programmatic solutions across our client's global network of airport and retail locations. This role is crucial in developing and monetizing next-generation media formats.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and scaling of digital media networks across retail and airport environments
  • Optimize programmatic and DOOH monetization strategies
  • Implement dynamic ad formats across in-store, WiFi, and mobile platforms
  • Develop strategic partnerships with media networks and technology vendors
  • Drive innovation in digital media solutions and revenue optimization
  • Your Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in Digital Media, DOOH, Retail Media, or Programmatic Advertising
  • Extensive expertise in building in-store TV networks and connected digital signage solutions
  • Proven ability to scale media operations across multi-region advertising networks
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong leadership skills in managing multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
  • Skilled at effectively communicating strategies and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment
  • Talent for synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach within matrixed organizations
  • Outstanding relationship-building and consultative skills, driven by a passion and hunger for success
