Deine Aufgaben

  • Own and grow direct sales for assigned accounts, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure, including stakeholder coordination, value articulation, negotiations, and contract finalization in collaboration with internal teams
  • Develop and deepen partnerships with international brands, increasing deal size through consultative selling and long-term licensing models
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasts, and provide regular updates during weekly leadership discussions
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in customer engagements, contribute industry insights, and stay current on developments in cleanroom solutions, cloud offerings, and data collaboration use cases
  • Consistently achieve or surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Represent the company’s solutions with brand clients and participate in industry events to expand and strengthen your professional network
  • Work closely with the Sales organization and cross-functional partners to support revenue generation and broader market expansion

Dein Profil

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales or consultative selling, preferably within SaaS, cloud-based solutions, data infrastructure, adtech, martech, or privacy-focused technologies
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales objectives
  • Strong capability to articulate value for customers and design commercial proposals that address complex client needs
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills, with confidence engaging C-level stakeholders across both business and technical functions
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive collaboration across multiple internal teams
  • High level of technical understanding, including modern data architectures, cloud environments, advertising technology, identity solutions, and data privacy frameworks
  • Well-structured approach with strong process and organizational skills
  • Highly self-motivated, able to build initiatives from scratch, adapt rapidly, and perform effectively in uncertain environments
  • Fluent in both German and English

Further requirements

  • Experience with data clean rooms, identity resolution, or cloud data ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake)
  • A proven track record of success selling into one or several of the following verticals: Travel & Hospitality, Health, Financial Services, Autos, Luxury, Entertainment, Utilities
