Role

  • Product Ownership & Vision - Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, guiding the path toward product–market fit.
  • Market & Customer Discovery - Actively seek customer and market insights through continuous discovery and competitive analysis to identify and validate high-value opportunities in the retail AdTech space.
  • Lean Execution - Drive rapid, lean experimentation. Prioritize decisively to deliver the most effective product with the least effort, iterating quickly based on validated learnings.
  • Technical & Architectural Guidance - Collaborate with engineering to make key architectural decisions, ensuring the platform remains scalable and performant. Translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for all stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership - Serve as the central hub, aligning engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams around the product vision and roadmap.
  • Product Evangelism - Act as a key evangelist for the product. Clearly communicate the value proposition, vision, and technical strengths to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive adoption and enthusiasm.
  • Data & Intuition-Driven Decisions - Balance quantitative data with strong product intuition to make well-informed decisions, even in data-scarce situations. Define, track, and report on key success metrics.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on the AdTech ecosystem (e.g., programmatic advertising, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs)
  • Proven track record of launching and iterating products in startup, pre–product-market-fit, or similarly fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • Solid technical foundation, gained through a Computer Science/Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience leading technical products
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, results-oriented, and confident in making decisions even with limited data
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and mentor other product managers

Ideally, you have

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Direct experience with data analysis and query languages (e.g., SQL)
  • Familiarity with computer vision concepts or other AI/ML technologies
  • Deep understanding of digital privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) is a plus
